Role Introduction The Head of Global Operations will oversee key business functions including Sales, Strategic Accounts, Finance, Integrations & Technology, HR, and Supply Chain. Working closely with founders and senior leadership, you will establish operational frameworks, implement performance management systems, improve efficiency, and ensure alignment across departments. The role requires a hands-on leader who can translate strategy into execution while building a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
