Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Head of Global Hyperscale Engineering, based in Ireland. The Head of Global Hyperscale Engineering is accountable for the global strategy, industrialization, and execution of LV switchgear, associated Product lines and e‑house power PODs that support hyperscale data centre customers. This leader in conjunction with cross functional department heads drives capacity, cost, quality, lead time, safety, and sustainability across a global factory network and supplier ecosystem to deliver best in class Customer expectations. They are a key contributor to the full lifecycle—from product design for manufacturability, to factory build, FAT, shipment, and field readiness—for both standalone switchgear lineups and fully integrated e‑house systems.What a typical day looks like:
