Western Digital is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead a technical team in glass substrate engineering, focusing on manufacturing readiness and continuous improvement. You will drive problem solving, develop people, and own key metrics in yield, quality, and cost.

The role requires 8–12+ years in related engineering or manufacturing, with demonstrated leadership in process scale-up and cross‑functional collaboration. A Master’s degree is preferred and Lean/Six Sigma experience is highly valued.
