Head of Game Operation

Job Responsibilities :

As the Head of Operations, you will lead and oversee the strategic execution of our partners' game publishing operations in Vietnam. You will direct and manage cross-functional teams, including Operations, Art, Localization, and Marketing, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery across all facets of the business.


Your mandate is to drive excellence in game operations across multiple high-impact projects, simultaneously balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. This critical role requires close collaboration with external game development teams, where you will be instrumental in elevating and refining game operations to meet and exceed industry standards, ultimately driving
growth and success for our partners.
