This is a rare opportunity for a Head of Finance to help build and scale a crypto-focused fintech from the inside out. The role suits a hands-on finance leader who has been in the trenches of high-growth startups and understands how digital assets, liquidity, and regulation really move. You'll own strategy and execution across finance, treasury, and operations in a complex, multi-market environment. This is a build-and-lead role for someone who executes, not delegates from the sidelines.
Take full ownership of financial planning across revenue streams, cost bases, liquidity needs, funding requirements, and unit-level profitability within digital asset and settlement flows
