Head of Events

Overview

We’re looking for an organized, creative, and driven Head of Events to lead and shape the event experience at START Helsinki. Events are at the core of our community, bringing together students, founders, and innovators. You’ll be responsible for leading the creation of impactful experiences that inspire, connect, and engage our members and the broader startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop START Helsinki’s event strategy and calendar
• Lead the planning and execution of events from idea to delivery
• Organize a variety of events, including RTSS, FUSE during Slush week, workshops and speaker events
• Coordinate logistics, timelines, event operations and budgets together with the finance team
• Work closely with partnerships, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful event execution
