About the Role

AAT is seeking a highly experienced Head of Estimating to lead and transform its global estimating function across complex projects spanning design, manufacturing, construction, and specialist life support systems. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on building capability, driving standardisation, and enhancing commercial performance through robust systems, data, and processes, and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
