Head of Enterprise Applications

DAMAC Group is consolidating its enterprise application landscape around Oracle Fusion — and we need a leader who can own it. This is not a maintenance role. It is a strategic and delivery leadership position with full accountability for a complex, multi-system portfolio across one of the largest real estate and hospitality groups in the GCC.

The Role

You will own Oracle Fusion ERP strategy and delivery end-to-end, govern a managed services ecosystem, lead a team of 50+, and drive the enterprise application roadmap across real estate, hospitality, and corporate systems .

What You Will Own

• Oracle Fusion ERP — strategy, roadmap, and programme delivery
• Full enterprise application portfolio: PMIS, CRM, hospitality systems, integration platforms
• AMS provider governance — SLA, commercial performance, escalation
• Team of 50+ across direct and indirect reports
• Budget ownership and Board-level reporting
