Head of Engineering/CTO

We're hiring a senior, hands-on technical leader to fully own our internal tech and drive how technology scales the business. This is a builder role: you'll shape the roadmap with the CEO, spot opportunities, propose what to build (with business impact), and ship production systems yourself - not wait for tickets.

What you'll do:

• Own and evolve our stack (PHP, MySQL)
• Build and ship internal tools end-to-end
• Identify and implement improvements in lead gen, monetization, and operations
• Research tools/architectures and recommend what to adopt
• Lead a small engineering setup (currently 1 dev) and set standards
• Drive practical AI integrations and automation

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years engineering experience, 3+ in senior/lead ownership roles
• Strong PHP experience (hands-on)
• AI/API integration experience + actively uses AI tools in daily workflow
