Head of engineering (work from home)

We are urgently hiring a Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team and drive the technical direction of our Saa S product. This role is responsible for building scalable, secure, and reliable systems that support product growth and evolving customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the engineering team
- Own the Saa S architecture, performance, and reliability
- Define and execute the technology roadmap
- Work closely with Product and Leadership teams
- Ensure high availability, security, and data protection
Requirements:
- Strong background in Saa S product development
- Experience leading technical teams or projects
- Good understanding of cloud-based systems
- Ability to scale platforms as customers grow
- Clear communication and strong decision-making skills
