Job Description

Your day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage the entire software life cycle (CI/CD pipelines, QA system, productization and packaging)
  • Contribute to the development our core software stack using Rust
  • Be a collaborative and transparent team member
  • Be a key contributor to the software architecture and design
  • Be technically hands-on and dive into coding, troubleshooting, and debugging, and developing automated solutions
  • Manage a growing team of engineers and direct reports by providing hands-on coaching, training, and mentoring
  • Lead individual project priorities and deadlines as well as providing feedback on other projects and team milestones
  • Work through the phases of discovery, requirements, architecture, specification, design, implementation, and deployment on projects
