• Lead people by setting meaningful targets, by demonstrating hands-on attitude, by making fact-based decisions timely and by coaching subordinates to excel
• Lead a team of Industrial Engineers and technical and administrative support staff to ensure that industrial engineering operations are completed on-time, within budget, and as per the set goals.
• Is accountable for leading Manufacturing Solution team to develop factory processes, tools and competencies in harmonize way supporting Global Manufacturing Strategy.Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Cost
• Analyze and develop Manufacturing processes to drive and following up Manufacturing targets (Safety, Delivery, Quality, Productivity, Cost) and actions on unit level through safe, innovative and competitive processes.
• Ensure safe and efficient flow, drive process and technology risk assessments
• Ensure employees have needed training and awareness for safety and environmental aspect...
