Head of Engineering

This is a senior engineering leadership role responsible for connecting business strategy with engineering execution and playing a critical part in driving growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Our client is looking for someone who can strengthen delivery, modernise ways of working, introduce more structure and performance discipline, and help shape the future team model.
