Job Objectives

  • Overseeing electrical & mechanical online maintenance of HCM, utilities, and mucilage preparation equipment to deliver desired efficiency and up-time.
  • Monitoring cost control initiatives for daily and regular consumables, spares, and energy to achieve engineering budget concerning energy, stores & spares (engineering), and R & M.
  • Monitoring implementation of various in-plant projects from concept to closure, initiated by strategy management, to meet the user requirements.

  • Reviewing and maintaining downtime within target, adherence to R & M, Stores Spares budget, ECR, and maintaining them within target.
  • Reviewing and maintaining maintenance, calibration, and resources.
