-Code qualityand technical debt reduction for the specific platform

-Successful delivery of the monthly release by working closely with delivery and quality assurance teams

-Availability of the platform and the components in production estate

-Risk Management of the platform and the corresponding mitigation

-Platform Monitoring, Service improvements for the specific platform resulting in incident reduction

-Total cost of ownership of the platform

-Platform upgrades – where applicable

-Own and maintain the strategy and roadmap of the platform & the applications.
