  • Collaborate with Marketing & Corporate Communication to develop RHB brand and service awareness.
  • Expand new mass customer base.
  • Conduct seminars and trainings for customers to learn about our on-line services.
  • Initiate new tools, new channels and new services for on-line mass customers, including new apps, trading features in traditional and new devices.
  • Arrange on-line sales promotion to attract customers.
  • Ongoing improvement our on-line services regarding actual trading, fundamental, technical news, analysis, etc.
  • Strengthen B2C (Business to Consumers) relationship.
  • Explore and research periodically the demand and problems of on-line customers..
    • Manage Help Desk Support or Customer Service section to welcome complaints and solve problems for customers
