Head of Distributor Development

As the successful candidate, a typical day will:

  • Develop strategic direction / guidelines for Distributor Management & Operations for sustainable growth.

  • Management of distributor in line with distributor management best practices.

  • Coordinate with Distributor Development Managers on Distributor Sales Operations Issues (customer service level/ sales operations related matters/customer universe data management).

  • Responsible for database management & accurate reporting for effective usage to improve effectiveness.
