Role Overview

Our client, a rapidly scaling FinTech is seeking a Head of DevOps to join their team on a permanent basis. We are seeking candidates between CET and GMT+8 time zones, that are comfortable working on a fully remote basis.


The Head of DevOps will lead the cloud infrastructure, SRE, and platform engineering functions. This role owns system reliability, security, scalability, and the overall performance of mission‑critical financial services. You’ll guide a 7–10 person DevOps/SRE team, drive cloud strategy, and ensure world‑class operational excellence in a fully remote setup.
