Head of Development

The Head of Development is responsible for leading the origination, development, and progression of renewable energy projects from early‑stage concept through to ready‑to‑build. This role owns the development pipeline and is accountable for land acquisition, permitting, stakeholder engagement, commercial structuring, and internal coordination to deliver high‑quality, bankable projects.

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and development of new renewable energy opportunities, including solar PV, energy storage, wind, and hybrid projects.
• Build and manage a robust development pipeline aligned with the company’s strategic growth objectives.
• Oversee site identification, land acquisition strategies, option agreements, and lease negotiations.
• Assess project feasibility, including technical, commercial, environmental, and regulatory considerations.
