Introduction

Tracker requires a Head of Development and Engineering to lead the delivery of development and engineering solutions aligned to the Technology Vision and overall Tracker Strategy. The role is responsible for planning IT programmes and executing associated projects to deliver against the defined strategic objectives. The incumbent will manage all Development and Engineering resources to ensure successful execution of the Tracker strategy, while servicing external clients, strategic partners, internal Tracker business units, and providing leadership to Development and Engineering line management and staff.
