Role

Head of DeFi at Monad Foundation, responsible for leading strategy, relationships, and hands‑on execution that grows DeFi across the Monad network. The role combines set‑up of roadmap, advisor support, leveraging the network to secure liquidity, and relationship building with institutional players.

Responsibilities

• Own DeFi growth strategy for the Monad network, prioritizing lending, DEXs, stablecoins, RWAs, and yield infrastructure, with performance measured by TVL, volume, stablecoin market cap, RWA market cap, and fees generated.
• Execute end‑to‑end asset and protocol onboarding by coordinating with oracles, liquidators, DEX pool setup, curators, and bridging providers.
• Advise DeFi builders deploying on the Monad network, offering actionable feedback on protocol mechanics, product gaps, and market positioning.
