Head of Data Science & Data Engineering

As the Head of Data Science & Data Engineering , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Bankaya's data capabilities. This is a unique hybrid leadership position where you will both manage and mentor our talented Data Science and Data Engineering teams while also remaining a hands‑on individual contributor. You'll work directly on the most critical projects, unblocking the team and ensuring we deliver high‑quality, impactful data solutions.

You will be a key member of our internal Design Committee, collaborating with our ML Architect, Business Intelligence/Data Coordinator, and Tech Leads to define and execute our long‑term data strategy.
