Your new role
As Head of Programme Management, Data Management, you will lead the execution of Maybank's flagship initiative to transform customer onboarding, data management, and compliance capabilities across the region. You'll oversee the multi-year roadmap, establish programme frameworks, ensure delivery against scope, budget, and timelines, and champion adoption of emerging technologies. You'll also inspire and manage a high-performing team while engaging senior stakeholders across multiple entities and geographies to ensure strategic alignment and programme success.
