We’re a small company with a strong sales engine and a trusted client network. Since our start in 2023, we’ve sold consultants for over 35 million NOK.

As Head of Data Engineering, you’ll lead our data engineering discipline. That means setting direction, making architecture decisions, mentoring other engineers, and representing PMM in client projects. You’ll play a key role in designing data platforms that enable high-impact AI systems and smart, scalable products. You’ll collaborate closely with our CTO, and help clients connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
