As our new Head of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) (m/f/d), you will drive our global strategy to improve conversion along the full online customer journey — transforming awareness into meaningful engagement and high-quality leads. Your expertise in digital product management, UX, and conversion optimisation will directly shape how millions of people experience our online ecosystem.
