As the organisation continues to scale, they are looking to appoint a commercially minded and hands-on Head of Compensation & Benefits to lead and evolve their global rewards strategy.
This is a highly visible individual contributor role, partnering closely with senior leadership, Finance, FP&A and the wider People function to drive compensation, benefits and equity initiatives across a global workforce.
