Job Description
The Head of Commercial Ethical will be leading Hospital sales and marketing teams defining strategy and execution processes required, to assure STADA PH has a fit for purpose strategy in line with STADA vision to profitably outgrow the market across all 3 segments (CHC-GX-SX).
The position is a key contributor in ensuring topline growth through organic/inorganic growth, driving the optimum segmentation and targeting, Field Force Sizing, Key HCP activation plans and daily field force operations.
This role ensures strong execution in the field, disciplined sales processes, high-quality scientific engagement, and a data-driven approach to promotional effectiveness.
The incumbent will build and lead high-performing sales teams, optimize go-to-market strategies, and champion commercial capability development across the company.
