Job Description

Watu is seeking a Senior Infrastructure, DevOps & SRE leader to own the deployment substrate across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will lead a 7‑person team responsible for cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, CI/CD pipelines, site reliability, and security engineering.

Your first priority is to stand it up, hire the open positions, and assert technical authority across engineering functions. Report to the CTO and collaborate with Heads of Engineering.
