Head of Cloud Engineering

Overview

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced engineering leader who wants real ownership across Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure, while still retaining technical credibility.

You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering execution and executive strategy, leading a multi-disciplinary team of around 12 engineers and managers. The role offers genuine influence over technology direction, governance, and delivery, with the ability to shape how engineering operates as the organisation scales.

This is well suited to someone who has grown through technical roles, understands modern Microsoft cloud environments, and wants to lead teams while remaining close enough to the technology to deploy and guide projects when required.

The role is 5 days per week onsite in Maidenhead, working closely with senior leadership to drive consistency, quality, and innovation across engineering.
