What You Will Do


  • Manage Post‑Trade Services applications (settlement and custody asset management)

  • Lead hybrid SCRUM development teams, working with both current technologies and new development stacks

  • Travel very occasionally to Madrid, short periods (1–5 days)

  • Strong knowledge of financial technology within the Spanish financial sector

  • Curiosity and drive to follow the technological evolution of global aggregation processes

  • Experience in leading technological transformation initiatives in financial environments

  • Understanding of application lifecycle management and operational processes

  • At least 5 years of experience managing development teams and end‑client applications

  • Languages: Spanish and English (minimum C1)
