In the Business Division, we will develop Norway's best sales environment. Key elements in this will be to build in-depth insight, develop effective reporting support and analysis tools, establish effective processes that analyse and manage practice and that set priorities based on real value creation. It is also important to standardise best practice and establish effective competence development.
This will take place both locally in the sales outlet and in close collaboration with the product where the other three P's are located.
In your role as Head of Business Performance, you will work closely with Sales Director Mobile to ensure that you have progression on the overall development at all times.
