Head of Business Development

Position Overview

This is a composite role covering business development and project delivery & operations. The role takes full ownership of the full lifecycle management of station projects, covering end-to-end work from submitting station construction demands, site selection & planning, investment return analysis, commercial negotiation, contract administration, construction management through to official station operation. You will coordinate external partners and internal functional teams to ensure efficient, compliant project delivery and continuously optimize station operational performance.
