Social Discovery Group in Ibiza is looking for a Head of Backend (.NET) to lead our engineering team, design high-performance microservices, and build reliable systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# and ASP.NET Core, along with expertise in microservices and experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.

Your role will involve owning code quality, conducting reviews, and ensuring system reliability. Proficiency in RabbitMQ and SQL is essential, as is fluency in Russian.
