Job Overview


We are seeking a Head of AI Infrastructure & Machine Learning Operations to lead the scaling of our AI systems. This senior strategic role will report directly to the Chief AI and Data Science Officer, focusing on creating secure, compliant platforms.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • A minimum 5 years' experience in leadership roles within AI/ML teams, with expertise in MLOps strategies and deployments across environments.

  • In-depth understanding of machine learning engineering principles, including data pipelines, model training, serving and deployment.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for large-scale machine learning workloads is essential.
