What you can expect
Zoom is looking for a strategic and people-first Head of Sales for ANZ to lead Zoom’s growth! You will shape the country’s go-to-market strategy and empower teams to deliver exceptional customer and partner outcomes. You will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share and deepening Zoom’s presence across Enterprise, Commercial, and Channel ecosystems. You will lead a high-performing sales organization while orchestrating cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Channel, and Global Sales Operations.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic operator and a hands-on commercial leader. You are someone who thrives in complex sales cycles, enjoy building customer-centric teams, and know how to turn market opportunity into measurable ARR impact.
