About Job- Develop different trading algorithms and build up the quant library
- Drive the design, enhance, and implement advanced automated trading models and execution frameworks
- Act as the core product owner for the algorithmic trading ecosystem to guarantee ongoing scalability and reliability
- Work closely with other teams to implement robust systematic solutions
- Actively monitor and manage real-time trading algorithms to maximize execution efficiency and performance
- Serve as the firm's internal center of excellence, advising executive leadership on quantitative investments and new tech adoption
- This will be an IC role for now. Few months later, you will need to hire more people and manage them in your team
