Head of Accounting & Financial Operations

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking a Chief Accountant to lead the accounting department within the Finance team. Based at the Mallorca property, you will supervise staff and provide coverage when needed to ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will oversee month-end close, ensure compliance with local laws and MOHG policies, and support department heads with informed financial decisions while driving process improvements and internal reporting.
