Lead R&D strategy and product development. Provide technical support to customers and sales.

Required Candidate profile

Lead R&D for coating resin systems including alkyds, modified alkyds, saturated polyesters, acrylic resins, and curing agents. Acrylic systems include solvent-based and water-based emulsions.
