Job Role and Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement the customer acquisition strategy for liability products.
• Ensure growth and achievement of numbers in onboarding new customers
• Identify new customer sourcing avenues/target segments.
• Ensure high quality sourcing in terms of product mix and constitution.
• Streamline processes to recruit, train and motivate the team to ensure faster delivery.
• Assist the sales manager in area mapping and opportunity identification.
• Monitor performance of Sales managers.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory compliances.
• Monitor competitor strategies & market trend
• Drive partnerships with Corporates, Commercial establishments.
• Ensure a healthy actionable sales funnel.
