Job Summary

Accountable for translating enterprise learning and leadership strategies into integrated Pan Africa Business Unit plans that respond to current and future capability needs. This includes prioritising interventions that build Pan Africa workforce readiness and strengthen capability. Enables workforce readiness through the implementation, adoption and measurement of enterprise learning frameworks, leadership development models and Pan Africa Business Unit Academies.
