Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Learning & Development (L&D) to lead training and development initiatives across two hospital branches in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should come with a strong background in the healthcare or hospital sector and be passionate about building a learning culture that enhances employee performance, patient care, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement L&D strategies, programs, and policies aligned with the organizations goals
• Identify training needs across departments and create customized learning modules
• Coordinate and oversee training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs across both branches
