About the Role:
Manage the INDIA Projects (project management) and Industrial Engineering team. Accountable for the KPS toys product development (Industrialization phase) and related KPI results: timing, cost, and other project deliverables (aesthetics, playability, safety, etc..).
Key responsibilities: (1) coordinate the industrial partner’s development effort ensuring the timely development of industrial tools and process set-up to ensure timely delivery of overall toy production.
