About the Role:

Manage the INDIA Projects (project management) and Industrial Engineering team. Accountable for the KPS toys product development (Industrialization phase) and related KPI results: timing, cost, and other project deliverables (aesthetics, playability, safety, etc..).

Key responsibilities: (1) coordinate the industrial partner’s development effort ensuring the timely development of industrial tools and process set-up to ensure timely delivery of overall toy production. (2) Deliver timely cost modifications in line with company target costs. (3) Monitor/Guarantee smooth production start-up. (4) Work with operations development to Monitor/Improve the industrial partners’ performance. (5) Lead & coordinate the Mold development with Chinese & Local Mold makers, in terms of strategy, cost & timely delivery. (...
