Head Kaiako: Lead Collaborative ECE Team

Howick Kindergarten in Auckland is seeking an experienced head kaiako to provide strong pedagogical, professional and operational leadership. You will lead by example, build trusted relationships with kaiako, whānau and the community, and create an environment where staff feel supported and encouraged to grow.

Working with the teaching team, you will oversee teaching and learning, contribute to internal evaluation and continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and safeguard equitable learning
