Responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility for global IT operations, including Service Desk, platforms, physical infrastructure and end-user experience.
  • Ensuring stable, secure and high-performing IT services across all locations.
  • Leading and developing a distributed IT Operations organization, including multiple team leads.
  • Managing the global service model (L1–L3) and continuous service improvement.
  • Owning business‑critical platforms such as Azure, AWS, digital workplace, identity management and connectivity.
  • Driving security and compliance operations (e.g. vulnerability management, incident response).
  • Managing external partners, service providers and licensing models including FinOps.
  • Owning IT Operations budget, KPIs and performance transparency towards senior leadership.
