    § Strategic HRM. Part of NRC and invitee to the Board of Directors.

    § Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to enable delivery of HR related aspects

    § Custodian of the HR policy. Necessary updates in the policy from time to time. Design SOPs for every HR policy.
