Your new role

As the Head of HR, you will be tasked with:
  • Providing HR business partnering services to the senior leadership team and country head.
  • Lead a robust team to provide end to end HR operations to the organisation.
  • Provide HR strategic input for workforce planning and hiring budgets.
  • Working with regional stakeholders to localise and implement action plans centred around talent management, succession planning and identification of high-potential personnel.
