  • Plant HR & IR Strategy: Drive HR and IR strategies, policies, and initiatives to support business plans, focusing on employee engagement, productivity, and a harmonious industrial relations climate while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Business Alignment: Interface with plant department and plant heads to align HR and IR strategies with business plans.
  • Talent Management: Develop and drive plans for employee growth, talent reviews, succession planning, and capability development in collaboration with COE teams.
  • Culture & Engagement: Collaborate with the CHRO and Plant Head to develop and review strategies for maintaining a desired culture and value system, focusing on increasing productivity and building high employee engagement.
