Rukakeskus Oy in Finland invites applications for Head Guide for experience services in Ruka Valley. You will support guides, oversee daily field operations and ensure safe, high-quality program delivery.

You will onboard and develop guides, monitor equipment, manage logistics, and contribute to creating new experiences. Fluent English required; first aid EA2, B driving licence; knowledge of outdoor activities encouraged.
