Head Guide for New Experience Service Unit, Rukakeskus Oy

Join us in building the story of a new experience service unit! We are expanding our operations with an experience center opening in Ruka Valley, offering guided outdoor trips in addition to our familiar outdoor and ski products. In the first season, we will operate electric snowmobile safaris, snowshoeing and ice fishing trips, Northern Lights tours, and electric fatbike trips. Together, we develop experiences, services and products based on customer feedback and wishes. We are looking for a Head Guide for experience services to ensure smooth daily program operations, support guides, and deliver safe and high-quality services. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in building new activities from the ground up. As the Head Guide, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have unforgettable experiences in Ruka's natural environment.
